We don't often do reviews. 365 Property Buyer wrote to us as we had a number of vacant properties across Burnley in Lancashire. We were a little sceptical of We Buy Any House style property buyers, but the offers made by 365 Property Buyer and the speed of service was fair.

I requested three quotes from cash house buyers. 365 Property Buyer was the lowest and House Buyers Bureau who were recommended were the highest but nearing completion reduced their offer (£10,000 less than 365 Property Buyer). Some months later having tried to sell at auction unsuccessfully I asked 365 Property Buyer if their offer was still available, which it was and they exchanged and completed in just 7 days. While initially cautious I would highly recommend 365 Property Buyer.

Overall 5 stars as to be fair they did what they said. Slight markdown as it took longer than initially said, but they kept me informed. 365 Property Buyer are cash house buyers, unlike a competitor who I was going to use until pressed that they were the buyers.

I'm not one for reviews, but when the email came through following the sale of my house in Camborne, Cornwall I thought I would.
I bought the property many years ago as a buy to let. What I didn't realise was it was of mundic block construction. Local agents valued it but could give no guarantee of selling it so I approached 365 Property Buyer who say "we buy any house"
They are based out of the area but knew immediately the construction, were not concerned by this and valued it and made a realistic offer. The benefit to me they took the property as is, no let downs, took it with the tenant's leftovers, so yes they will buy any house in Camborne

I wanted to sell my Fulham flat for cash having been advised by local Fulham estate agents it was potentially unmortgageable and only suited to cash buyers. Three we buy any house type companies either failed to give me an offer or on questioning were not actual buyers (although they purported to be). 365 Property Buyer were honest from the start, paid for a RICS survey which was available to me, made a fair offer and took the property as is literally in that I only had to take personal possessions of my late Aunty they cleared the rest. I would add at completion to avoid delay they also took a view on past service charges to complete the purchase as agreed. If you want a quick flat sale of a London property, I would recommend 365 Property Buyer.

I decided to cash in and move into a static home. Not having to do anything including a take what you want leave the rest was appealing. The sale went through in around 21 days and I was allowed additional time to take a few larger items. Good all round service.

The timescale went a bit wrong, and the whole process took 27 days, but this was down to the deeds being lost. The appointed Solicitors although good could have kept me better informed. I would recommend selling to 365 Property Buyer.
